This is no ordinary guided meditation class. During your Freedom Meditation, you will learn simple, practical techniques that can be incorporated into daily life. The techniques are especially helpful for people who experience anxiety attacks and or depressive episodes.
This restorative class will consist of gentle movement and breath work to prepare you for sittings, followed by a guided sitting (breath awareness) meditation, then a guided reclining lovingkindness meditation and yoga nidra with optional reiki healing.
If you’re feeling stressed, or struggling with insomnia, this will be a great class to learn effective tools to help you find balance and restful sleep.
You’ll be able to incorporate these practical exercises into your daily life, benefiting all aspects of your world.
